Will be responsible for setting up of the new division from scratch. Develop Business Plan, Set up Greenfield Manufacturing, Build team and complete project within committed time & cost.
Subsequently head the division as a Profit Centre Head |

Qualification |

Should be Electrical/Mechanical Engineer from a premier engineering institute viz. IIT, NIT etc. preferably with Post Graduation in Management |

Min. Experience |
: |
Should be Transformer Industry veteran and having 20-22 years of experience and at least 3 years should be a Head of Unit and responsible for all operating functions viz. Manufacturing, Maintenance, QA, Sales & Marketing, Product Engineering, etc. |
