Job Profile : Incumbent will be focusing on Domestic as as Cross-Border middle market opportunities. Should be familiar with valuations and valuation assessments and also with the process of JV establishment/dissolution. Also should undertake continuous scanning to identify potential M&A opportunities.
     
Qualification : Should be MBAs or CAs
     
Min. Experience : Having 12-16 years of relevant experinece in Merger Acquisition & Divestiture
